Shipping policy

  1. Expect your order to arrive within (2-7) business days all year long. Please note that all delivery dates provided, whether on the website, in the order confirmation, or elsewhere, are estimates and not a guarantee that all products will be delivered by a specific date.

  2. We will deliver your order to the address you provided when placing your order with Unbox. If you notice any errors or omissions in the order confirmation email or payment notification, please notify Unbox immediately through the ‘Contact Us’ page or via email at customercare@unboxarabia.com. We want to ensure your order details are accurate.

  3. Once the products are delivered to the location specified in your order (even if no signature is required), all risk of loss for the products will pass to you.

  4. In the event that you refuse or fail to accept delivery of the products, the risk of loss will also pass to you. Upon Unbox's request, you will be responsible for paying for the products and any additional expenses incurred by Unbox due to your refusal or failure to accept delivery. This may include reasonable attempts at delivery or storage. Unbox reserves the right to dispose of the products as deemed appropriate. If you have not taken delivery of the products within three (3) days after the scheduled delivery date or the initial delivery attempt, whichever is later, the risk of loss will still pass to you.

  5. Unless the "Order Cancellation" section of our terms of service applies to your order, or as described by Unbox in the order form for your specific order, you are not entitled to revoke or cancel any part or the whole order.

  6. Please note that any delays in order delivery due to government customs regulations or customer delays in payment fulfillment (including shipping, handling, duties, or taxes) are not the responsibility of Unbox. Unbox will not be liable for such delays.

  7. Once Unbox ships your order and provides you with the tracking number, your order will be considered fulfilled. It will be your responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier regarding the status of your order.
