Placing an order with UNBOX on this Website or any other means, clicking the "buy" “Check Out” “Proceed with Order” “Place Order” “Buy” button, or checking the terms of service box, You agree to UNBOX’s terms of service set forth below, including, without limitation, UNBOX’s Privacy Policy.
Scope & Terms
UNBOXARABIA.com, UNBOX LLC or any of their affiliates doing business as UNBOX (each “UNBOXARABIA.com”, "UNBOX", "We," "Us" or "Our") provides e-commerce solutions for the sale and distribution of clothing and fashion, thereby enabling shoppers worldwide to buy products online via UNBOXARABIA.com.
These UNBOX terms of service, including, UNBOX’s Privacy Policy as amended from time to time, are collectively known as the "Agreement." The Agreement applies to all purchases of Products made or confirmed through this website and/or through Our mobile app (individually and collectively, the "Website") or made or confirmed through other mutually agreed upon means.
The terms "You" and "Your" refer to You, individually, and any entity with which You are employed or affiliated and on whose behalf Products are used. If You are entering into this Agreement on behalf of yourself and such entity, You represent that You have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement, CAREFULLY read and understood this Agreement, You are of legal age under the laws of Your country, and that You accept this Agreement freely, voluntarily, and with full knowledge and understanding of its terms of service.
UNBOX’s Privacy Policy is part of this Agreement.
Account & Information
You confirm that all information provided by You when creating an account or placing an Order on UNBOX’s Website is complete, accurate, and up-to-date so as to allow UNBOX to fulfill Your Order or any other requests, and You will promptly update such information to keep it complete and accurate. You may update Your information via UNBOX’s member pages.
If You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or if UNBOX has reason to believe that the information You provided is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, UNBOX may: (a) suspend or terminate Your account; (b) use electronic self-help means to terminate Your ability to access Products; and/or (c) terminate this Agreement.
You will maintain the confidentiality of Your password, user ID, and other account credentials. You shall immediately notify UNBOX via UNBOX's Contact Us page or via email at customercare@unboxarabia.com. in the case of any unauthorized use of Your account credentials or any other breach of security that is known or suspected by You.
You consent to the use of electronic communications in transacting business with UNBOX, including, without limitation, the electronic delivery of notices and other documents to You. If at any time You would like to cease doing business electronically with UNBOX, You will need to provide UNBOX with a written notice via UNBOX's Contact Us page or via email at customercare@unboxarabia.com of The withdrawal of Your consent to do business electronically, which will then terminate this consent. Thereafter, You shall not use this Website to place any Orders, and any notices and documents from UNBOX will be provided to You on paper.
As between You and UNBOX, You shall be responsible for any fraudulent or unauthorized transactions made through the Website, including, without limitation, using Your account credentials, credit or debit cards.
Orders to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan
- *This section applies to orders with a delivery address that is located INSIDE the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
If You are placing an order to the inside of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, then, You have the option to make payment for Your Order using “Credit Card”, “Paypal”, or “Cash-on-Delivery” payment methods (or by such other method as may be mutually agreed upon in writing by You and UNBOX).
If You use “Credit Card” or “Paypal” payment methods, UNBOX will charge the credit or debit card to UNBOX or Your Paypal account that You provided during the process of placing Your order. If You use the “Cash-On-Delivery” payment method, UNBOX shall collect the entire amount of the invoice upon delivering Your order to Your doorstep.
Customs, Clearance, Duties, or any other fees that are not listed on Your invoice shall be paid by UNBOX and You will not be asked to pay any amounts other than those occurring on Your invoice (except for inside Jordan delivery fee). See Jordan Delivery Fee by Area
Orders placed using the Cash-on-Delivery method put You or the person You authorize to receive the package on Your behalf under the full responsibility of paying the entire invoice amount once the order is delivered to You and before opening the received package.
Orders to Other Countries
- *This section applies to orders with a delivery address that is located OUTSIDE the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan
If You are placing an order to the outside of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, You shall make payment for Your Order prior to Products placement, processing, or delivery using “Credit Card” or “Paypal” payment methods (or by such other method as may be mutually agreed upon in writing by You and UNBOX).
When You place Your Order, UNBOX will charge the credit or debit card or Your Paypal account that You provided to UNBOX immediately. UNBOX's Issued Invoices are exclusive of Customs, Clearance, or Duties fees, all of which shall be paid by You with no liability to UNBOX. In addition, UNBOX reserves the right to verify Your credit or debit card or Paypal account payments.
Cash-on-Delivery payment method is provided and active only in The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, thus, any placed orders using this payment method to any other country will be canceled automatically and immediately without any liability to UNBOX.
General Pricing and Collection Information
UNBOX cannot guarantee that Products are in stock. UNBOX reserves the right to reject Your submission of an order to purchase Products ("Order") at any time and without any liability to UNBOX. if in UNBOX’s sole discretion, it is unable to process or fulfill Your Order. UNBOX shall have this right of rejection even if You already received a notice via the Website that the Order was successfully submitted or completed (or any similar language). Promptly following any rejection by UNBOX of Your Order, UNBOX will refund any prior payments that You have made for the Product included in that Order or related to that order.
Prices are as specified on the Website; however, UNBOX reserves the right to adjust prices at its sole discretion due to increases in costs (including, without limitation, delivery costs or costs of any materials), the increase or imposition of any tax, duty or another levy, any variation in exchange rates, or any programming, data or other errors.
Prior to Products delivery, UNBOX will notify You in writing via email of any price increases (a "Notification Email"). The Notification Email will be sent to You at the email address that UNBOX has in its records for You. By no later than the deadline set forth in the Notification Email, You may cancel Your Order for the Products for which the price was increased (a) via UNBOX’s Contact Us page or (b) by sending a reply email to the Notification Email. If You do not so cancel Your Order within said deadline, You accept the new prices and conditions for Products as set forth in the Notification Email.
UNBOX reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to impose additional charges for any adjustments You make to an Order (e.g., delivery address) after You submit an Order.
In case of any non-payment regarding Your order, UNBOX has the right to file a lawsuit against You without directing a judicial warning to You. In addition, UNBOX may, without notification to You, transmit claims to the parties for which UNBOX acted as a reseller (the "Vendor"), and the Vendor or UNBOX shall have the right to cancel Your order and resell order Product, and You hereby grant UNBOX, the Vendor, and their designated agents all rights available under applicable law, including, without limitation, the right to use electronic self-help means to terminate Your ability to access Products.
Delivery & Risk of Loss
**UNBOX ship worldwide
Delivery Period: (2-7) business days all year. all delivery dates (whether provided here, on the Website, in an Order confirmation, or elsewhere) are estimates only and not a guarantee that any of the Products will be delivered by a given date.
Delivery will be made to the address You provided to UNBOX when You placed Your Order. You must immediately notify UNBOX via UNBOX's Contact Us page or via email at unboxarabia.com of any errors or omissions in the Order Confirmation Email or in the Payment Notification that is sent to You at the email address We have in Our records.
All risk of loss for Products shall pass to You upon delivery of Products to the location specified in Your Order (even if no signature is required for delivery). If You should refuse or fail to take delivery of Products, all risk of loss for Products will thereupon pass to You and, upon the demand of UNBOX, You shall pay UNBOX for Products plus any additional amounts incurred by UNBOX as a result of Your refusal or failure to take delivery of Products, including, without limitation, attempting delivery of Products by any reasonable means, or storing Products. UNBOX will be entitled to dispose of Products in such manner as it sees fit. If You have not taken delivery of Products within three (3) days after (a) the scheduled date of delivery or (b) the date on which delivery call was first attempted, whichever is later.
Except as section "Order Cancellation" of our terms of service may apply to Your Order, or as described by UNBOX in the Order form for Your Order, You are not entitled to revoke or cancel in whole or in part any Order.
Any delays in orders delivery due to countries' rules and regulations of their government customs or due to customer delays in fulfilling payments including shipping, handling, duties, or taxes are not considered UNBOX’s responsibility and shall leave UNBOX with no liability.
Once UNBOX ships the order and provide You with the tracking number. Your order will be considered fulfilled and it will be Your responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier on the status of Your order.
Feedback
From time to time, UNBOX or a third party engaged by UNBOX may request feedback and other information from You about such topics as the Product or Your experiences with the Product ("Feedback"). Providing UNBOX with Feedback is optional. By providing Feedback to UNBOX, You grant UNBOX a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and fully sublicensable right to use the Feedback for any lawful purpose, including, without limitation, the right to reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display all or parts of the Feedback in any medium whatsoever along with Your first name and last initial, and local geographic area, as determined by UNBOX in its sole discretion. UNBOX may also use the Feedback in anonymous and aggregate reviews.
Termination
In addition to and not in lieu of UNBOX other rights, UNBOX may, upon written notice to You via email, suspend or cancel Your Order for delivery of Products, use electronic self-help means to terminate Your ability to access Products or terminate this Agreement if You fail to comply with any terms of service of this Agreement.
Inspection / Complaints
Upon delivery of Products, You should inspect them and verify that Products, as delivered, are in accordance with Your Order, including, without limitation, verifying that no Products are missing from Your Order.
Within three (3) days after the Products are delivered, You must provide written notice to UNBOX if any of the Products as delivered are not in accordance with Your Order. Such written notice shall be sent by You to UNBOX via UNBOX’s Contact Us page or via email at customercare@unboxarabia.com.
Order Cancellation Requests
Orders to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan can be CANCELLED at any time before DELIVERY. Orders to other countries can be CANCELED within a maximum period of 48 hours of placing the order.
Return & Exchange Requests
- *UNBOX DOES NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE HASHEMITE KINGDOM OF JORDAN.
UNBOX follows a "Return-then-Exchange" approach if it was related to one of the below conditions:
- Damaged Product (eg. Ripped, Sewing Issues, or any manufacturer defects)
- Receiving the wrong Product (UNBOX’s Error)
- If the Product didn't meet Your expectations or You didn't like any of the received Products
For the conditions above, UNBOX has the full right to reject the Return-then-Exchange request after reviewing all inputs provided regarding the case. The Return-then-Exchange request will be considered invalid if defected returned Products turn out to be a customer caused the defect or turned out to be that the Product is consumed or was used by the customer.
Return-then-Exchange requests shall be placed within three (3) days of the order delivery. UNBOX may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its discretion.
To place a Return-then-Exchange request for an order placed with UNBOX, You would need to contact UNBOX via UNBOX’s Contact Us page or via email at customercare@unboxarabia.com. Please have Your order number available and provide reasons and pictures (if needed) for Your request in order to speed up the process. Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days and we will notify You via email of the results.
If the Return-then-Exchange request was approved by UNBOX, UNBOX’s shipping and logistics team will schedule a pick up to the items you wish to Return-then-Exchange and its team will further arrange it by contacting You.
**Shipping, Delivery, Customs, and Clearance costs are non-refundable.
General
UNBOX failure or delay in the performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement shall be excused to the extent and for the duration that such failure or delay is occasioned by a force majeure event which shall include, without limitation, acts of God, acts of war, earthquakes, fires, floods, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, labor disputes, or any circumstances beyond UNBOX reasonable control.
In the event of invalidity of any provision of this Agreement, the parties agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. Your Order and this Agreement set forth the entire understanding between You and UNBOX relating to the subject matter of Your Order and this Agreement, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, understandings, agreements, proposals, and representations, written or oral, between the parties related to Your Order and this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the terms of service of this Agreement and the terms of service of any Order, the terms of service of this Agreement shall prevail.
UNBOX reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time by posting notice of the changes on the Website. You will be deemed to have been made aware of and will be subject to the changes to this Agreement after such notice has been posted.
Your continued use of the Product, the Website, or any materials or services accessible through the Website, shall constitute Your acceptance of the changes. If You do not agree to the changes, Your sole remedy shall be to discontinue the use of the Website and not place new Orders for Products. No delay or failure by UNBOX in exercising or enforcing any of its rights or remedies under this Agreement, in whole or in part, and no course of dealing or performance, shall constitute a waiver by UNBOX of any provision of this Agreement.
Your Order and this Agreement are personal to You. You shall not assign Your rights or delegate Your obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of UNBOX. Any attempted assignment or delegation by You shall be voidable ab initio by UNBOX. This Agreement shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
This Agreement shall not be construed as creating any agency, partnership, or joint venture between UNBOX and You.
The headings contained in this Agreement are intended solely for convenience of reference and are not intended to be part of or affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement. The words "shall," "agree" and "will" are mandatory, the word "may" is permissive, the word "or" is not exclusive, and the singular includes the plural and vice versa. "Business Day" shall mean Sunday through Thursday, excluding any public holiday in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
